Dear Readers,
We have now reached week three in the challenge! Where are you guys so far? How many poems have you all written? It would be fun to know. In this blog post, I will just write about today's progress since I haven't received any questions or comments.
Day Eleven's Progress:
For this week's poem, I wanted to write about a bigger topic (in my opinion) while sort of abstracting it through a smaller object. I chose to write my poem on the act of having a clean start or a new chance at something. Because I didn't want to write about this head on, I chose to abstract it using trees and leaves. I haven't made a completed first draft, but I wrote a few lines/phrasing that I might want to include.
