Dear Readers,

Happy Friday! The weeks are going by extremely fast! I can't believe that week 11 of the challenge will start soon!

Today I wanted to talk about the shape of a poem on a page. I don't really write with specific shapes since I normally write in free verse and sometimes consistent stanzas. I would like to try writing with a nice shape but I feel like there are a lot more restriction when you do that. I might experiment with it in the near future. Do you guys like to write with specific shapes? I wanted to share some poems that have recognizable shapes.

This is the first poem which has the shape of a clock. It's a very short poem that consists of repeated phrases.

This is the second poem that is in the form of the tree of life.

This is the last poem that I wanted to share with you. This one has the shape of a tornado since the poem is about a tornado.

Day Fifty's Progress:

Today I edited the poem about my thoughts. I think it's just about done now. I didn't have to edit much, but I made a lot of subtle changes. I think that I will have to come back to the poem about crystals and mistakes since it needs a lot more work. I might edit it a little on the weekend or during the future weeks. It was fun writing two poems this week and maybe I'll do the same next week!

Hope you liked the shaped poems!
