Dear Readers,
If you didn't have an exceptionally good Monday, then don't start your day with the broken pieces of yesterday. Today is Tuesday so I have written about another way to help you find inspiration.
First off, it is very important to have a clean space. I have already written this but I think that a clean environment is key for the creative process. Poets aren't only poets when they sit down to write. They are poets the whole day, which is why you can try to change up the time when you normally write. I normally don't set up specific times for me to sit down and write. I just write directly when I get an idea for something. Maybe that will help you all too. Changing up the time ever so often will help find inspiration since there isn't a fixed schedule of when you can be creative.
Day Seventeen's Progress:
Today I cleaned up some of my lines and changed the order of some of the verses. Even though I started my poem from the end to to beginning, I didn't necessarily feel any difference. Today was mostly just putting the lines together and cleaning them up. For some reason though, I am not entirely happy with how the poem is shaping itself. I like the concept I thought of more than the actual verses. I might work on it more today or I will try to fix some things tomorrow.
Can't wait to share the poem with you all tomorrow!
